Double heart cake pans can be a treat for Valentine's Day or for anytime. There are usually two basic kinds of double heart cake pans, a pan with one heart on top of another for a layered look and the kind that has two hearts overlapping. Each of these can make a lovely cake when decorated with icing colors such as white, red or pink or a combination of colors.  You can also use candy hearts or other types of decorative candies or sprinkles to decorate this type of cake.
