Alphabet Cake Pans
Alphabet cake pans are useful for those times when you want to make a cake with someone's initial or when you wish to spell out something. There are a couple of different ways that you can go with alphabet pans. The first way is to purchase a pan that is shaped like the letter that you want. The second way is to buy one of the newer (and clever I might add) number and alphabet cake pans that have blocks inside that you can reposition while baking to form a variety of letter or number shapes for your cake baking. There are some examples of each below.

Number Cake Pan
A number cake pan can be just the thing for that all important birthday, anniversary or any event that you are celebrating. You can get a number cake pan shaped like any of the numbers 0-9. Use one number or several for your event, such as a 1st birthday, a 10th anniversary or the year 2012!
There are a couple of ways to make a numbered cake. You can use an alphabet and number pan which allows you to insert blocks inside the cake pan to make any letter or number or you can use an individual pan for each number.
