Cake Pans 101

Fill cake pans hold a particular fascination for me. I think it's cool that you can bake a cake with a secret filling inside, that can be very tasty as well! Fill cakes can also have different shapes of filling, such as the pans with a heart inside.

Wilton has a trademarked Fanci-Fill cake pan design also that has recesses in the cake that allow you to add filling on top of the cake. Yummy!
